We are currently experiencing an intermittent fault on the server. Due to this, you may experience some issues accessing your NED or JETS KPIs. Some KPIs may not appear accurate, and the data on your portfolio may be missing temporarily.

We are working on a fix for this and will update users once the issue has been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Your Session will expire in minute(s), you will be automatically logged out if you do not use the system again within this time.

Opting out of sharing data with NED

If endoscopists do not want to share data with NED, they have the option to opt-out of NED data collection. To do this, they must contact the JAG office via our webform. The web development team will then be informed.

Data will still be uploaded via the endoscopy reporting system supplier, however, when a procedure with the endoscopist’s identifier is received, the registration code (such as GMC or NMC) will be scrambled. The procedures will then be uploaded to a dummy account on NED. This will appear as ‘Dummy GMC’ for any service leads or trust admins looking at service metrics.

The endoscopist will not be named anywhere on the NED system, even for the service, and they will not be able to see their own data.

Please note, opting out means any data for this period is unretrievable. If the opted-out endoscopist later decides to opt-in to NED data collection, their data will not be retrieved for the period they opted-out for. Data will only be recorded for the date opt-in is activated, and the data for the period of opt-out will remain blank.
